Shipping & Returns

Order Processing time

Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. All items are carefully packaged and secured for shipping in a bubble mailer or box. 
We have chosen the most cost-effective shipping method that gets your order to you in a reasonable amount of time.

United States Customers

We normally ship to U.S customers by USPS Priority Mail with signature and insurance. Signature and insurance are normally required due to the higher value of most wholesale orders.

It will take 2-3 business days to deliver for most destinations.

You can also select USPS Express or UPS. The expected delivery time will be listed under each shipping option on the checkout page.

For high-value orders, UPS with insurance may be required. The shipping cost is an estimate, we may contact you if the actual shipping cost exceeded the paid shipping fee. Please keep a credit card on file to avoid shipping delays.  

International Customers

UPS is the preferred shipping method for most international customers. It will normally be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

We also provide the USPS International Mail shipping method. Your package will be shipped by the post office in the United States and will be delivered by your local post office or carrier. Most of the international packages will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. However, you may experience customs delays or post office delays occasionally. Please give extra time when choosing this shipping method.

The shipping cost is an estimate. If the actual shipping cost is more than what you paid for shipping during checkout. We will contact you for the extra shipping charge. To avoid any delay, you can keep a credit card on file.

Customs duty:

The customer is responsible for the customs duty and fees.  If you have any specific requests, please leave a note in your order during checkout. 

Returns

If you are not sure about the product you are going to order, we suggest you contact us to order a small sample first. 

Custom-made items, oxidized items, and cut chains/wires will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking charge will be applied for all returns.

Manufacturer defects may be returned within 7 days of delivery without a restocking fee.  

Please contact us before shipping the items back for return or exchange.
