Shipping & Returns

Order Processing time

Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. All items are carefully packaged and secured for shipping in a bubble mailer or box. 
We have chosen the most cost-effective shipping method that gets your order to you in a reasonable amount of time.

United States Customers

We normally ship to U.S customers by  USPS Priority Mail. It will take 2-3 business days to deliver for most destinations.

USPS Express shipping will take 1-2 days depending on your location.

If you need courier services (FedEx, UPS),  please contact us.

International Customers

We normally ship to other countries by USPS International Mail. However, DHL is recommended to avoid any delay that could happen to USPS Internation Mail occasionally.

The shipping cost is an estimate. If the actual shipping cost is more than what you paid for shipping during checkout. We will contact you for the extra shipping charge. To avoid any delay, you can keep a credit card on file.

Customs duty:

The customer is responsible for the customs duty and fees.  We will declare the full amount of your package on the customs form. If you have any specific request, please leave a note in your order during checkout.

Notes: Anticipate slight delays during the holiday season and promotion events.


If you are not sure about the product you are going to order, we suggest you contact us to order a small sample first.

Custom made order or products that are oxidized will not be eligible as a return or exchange.

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking charge will be applied for all returns.

Manufacturer defects may be returned within 7 days of delivery with no restocking fee.
