Sales Tax Exemption for Wholesale Orders

Sales tax on your wholesale order may be exempt if you provide us with a valid New York State Resale Certificate, also known as Form ST-120.

Please note that you must have a registered and active business to complete and sign Form ST-120.

New York State Customers: Please complete Part 1 of Form ST-120.

Out-of-State Customers: Please complete Part 2 of Form ST-120.

Once your ST-120 is completed and signed, please upload it to My Account > Business Information, and notify us by email or through our contact us page.
