Sales Tax Exemption

Sales tax on your wholesale order may be exempt if you provide us with a valid Resale Certificate, also known as a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. Each U.S. state has its own regulations regarding resale certificates, so it is important to understand the specific requirements for your state.

United States Customers

A resale certificate from your state is required in order to receive sales tax exemption. If you have multiple stores or shipping addresses in different states, you may need to provide a resale certificate for each applicable state.

International Customers

A resale certificate is not required if your shipping address is outside of the United States. However, if you would like your order shipped to an address within the United States, a resale certificate from the shipping state is required.

Important: Please note that a resale certificate is not the same as a seller’s permit, business license, or EIN.
