AZ Findings Featured in MJSA Journal: Accessible by Design

We’re pleased to announce that AZ Findings is featured in the September 2026 edition of MJSA Journal.

For the article, “Accessible by Design,” MJSA Journal spoke with AZ Findings about how thoughtful jewelry design can make jewelry easier and more comfortable to put on and wear, particularly for people with limited dexterity.

The feature highlights several distinctive toggles, clasps, and jewelry designs developed by AZ Findings, with a focus on combining practical functionality with attractive design.

One of the principles behind many of our designs is simple: hide the function within the beauty.

Rather than allowing a clasp or mechanism to look purely functional, we aim to make it a natural part of the jewelry itself. The goal is for each design to operate intuitively while still contributing to the overall appearance of the finished piece.

This approach is especially important when designing jewelry that is easier to open, close, adjust, or wear. Small improvements in the shape, size, positioning, and operation of a finding can make a meaningful difference without compromising the look of the jewelry.

We appreciate MJSA Journal for taking the time to learn about our design process and for sharing AZ Findings’ approach to creating jewelry components that combine function, accessibility, and beauty.

We are proud to continue developing findings and jewelry components that help jewelry designers create pieces that are not only beautiful, but also easier for more people to enjoy.
