Schedule:
25–30 hours/week
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00–3:00 PM
Opportunity to transition to full-time for the right candidate who can take on additional responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Pick and prepare orders for small jewelry supply items: weigh, count, label, and package products for shipping.
Print shipping labels, purchase insurance, and complete customs forms as needed.
Arrange daily courier pickups and/or drop-offs.
Repackage inventory: weigh, count, and break down large factory packages into ready-to-ship small units.
Assemble jewelry components.
Monitor and record inventory; assist with stock movement.
Communicate with team members and customers to resolve any order-related issues.
Qualifications:
Strong math skills: accurately count, calculate, and convert units of measurement quickly.
Extremely detail-oriented: consistently accurate with minimal errors.
Fast-paced worker: able to meet shipping deadlines and manage workload under pressure.
Independent problem solver: professional and resourceful when handling challenges.
Dependable and self-motivated: works well without constant supervision.
Tech-savvy: comfortable using computers and able to learn new software and tools quickly.
Bonus: Experience in crafting, beading, or hobby jewelry making is a plus!

Responsibilities:
Monitor daily orders and customer inquiries. Communicate with customers and team members to resolve order or service issues professionally and effectively.
Oversee outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and address any changes or problems with customer orders.
Assist the manager with inventory purchasing: track inventory levels, prepare purchase orders, and follow up with manufacturers regarding order status and issues.
Recommend improvements to products, the website, or operational processes based on internal and external feedback.
Perform general office administrative tasks.
Support order fulfillment, label printing, and product assembly as needed.
Qualifications:
Reliable, professional, and a strong communicator.
Solid math skills: able to calculate costs and convert units of measurement accurately.
Highly detail-oriented: consistently accurate with minimal errors.
